Great location - near beach and convenient to get into Gdansk, Efficient staff, everything clean, really good breakfast despite hotel being full. Good parking in underground car park. Had a duplex suite - basically good. However :- Air Con not working. Hotel transferred us to the next door suite and gave us a free dinner. Shower in bath - feeble flow and tricky to get in and out. Hot water from municipal system not working for 24 hours.

We stayed in a 2‑bedroom unit for 5 nights. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and gave us plenty of room as a family, which was a big plus. However, the kitchenette was disappointing — it only came with a hot plate, which made cooking meals quite limited. On top of that, the listing advertised a laundry, but there was no laundry onsite, which felt like false advertising and was inconvenient for a longer stay. Unfortunately, our night was disrupted by people having a loud party. The noise went on until very late, and police had to be called. It wasn’t resolved until around 4am, which made it very difficult to get a proper rest. The bathroom setup also wasn’t ideal — the shower/bath combination was awkward and very difficult to get in and out of safely. On the positive side, the property did have some great family‑friendly features. The playground and kids’ play area were fantastic for my little one, and it was a highlight of the stay. The location was also excellent, with the beach only a 5‑minute walk away and a few restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a meal without needing to drive. Overall, while the space was clean and roomy and the location had some great family perks, the misleading facilities and the disruptive noise made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

The hotel did not meet our expectations: Staff often seemed overwhelmed and communication was difficult. Also the cleanliness left much to be desired in many areas. With more attention and care, the stay could be significantly more enjoyable.
