This is a terrible establishment, with awful staff, terrible food, and terrible cleanliness. How can it be so bad and still get 5 stars? The only nice thing is that the pool is very large; there's not a single positive thing about it. They probably don't even pay their employees, so they take it out on the guests. It's a awful place; I wouldn't recommend throwing your money away.

Very disappointing reception service Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment during our stay was the reception staff. We experienced several stressful situations, including being given a room that was already occupied by another family and problems with our airport transfer. Our transfer was not listed, and when we asked the reception to help us contact the transfer company, they refused to assist us. We eventually had to contact the transfer company ourselves at our own expense. We were also not the only guests experiencing problems with the transfer information. This was our first trip to Turkey, and unfortunately the very rude and unhelpful attitude of the reception staff had a big impact on our overall experience. For a 5-star hotel, we expected much better service and professionalism from the reception. On the positive side, the food and drinks were quite good, and the bartenders and restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, helpful and professional.

Where do I start SHOCKing comes to mind!! I have just returned from a week break with my family and children and this hotel is a total let down and not worthy of the 5 star rating The hotel is flithy, the room are dirty with mold all over the walls, the showers are dirty and unhygienic, the room arnt cleaned properly by the maid service only the beds made, my shower head broken and was not fixed for the remaining of my trip by maintenance which was reported The corridors floors are so dirty and never cleaned or hovered and very dated the whole hotel is dated and dirty The entertainment is SHOCKING there is none the staff are just lazy in my opinion and just sit around all day not doing there job, then put on a bit karaoke in the evening,the foam party was the only good part The food was ok however you can never find a table because they are not cleaned by the staff as they are understaffed, they do not cater for children at all and they do not label anything for allergy’s which is very tricky The pool was ok and slides my kids did like however there are cups and glasses left everywhere not maintained or cleaned throughout the day by staff, the toilet are filthy and stink of urine even in the ladies and it’s not clean even in the evening which is were the evening entertainment is which is unpleasant Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, this hotel is badly managed, staff are left to do what they want Do not book this hotel is by far not a 5* hotel save your money as your will be disappointed I have stayed in Turkey 3 times now and this is by far the worst and only bad hotel experience I have had I went to a better 3star Spain in June
