Honestly I don’t even know where to start. Initially when arriving here everything was okay, pretty enough hotel, nice shops and staff seemed alright initially. We get to our rooms and they look a bit run down but I thought “oh well” the next day I wake up to an awful smell coming from my bathroom which I reported immediately. The cleaners came in and sprayed it with air freshener rather than actually figuring out the problem. Throughout the week I reported the smell 4 more times and nothing was done. Through the 7 days I was here my bedding wasn’t changed once and neither were the towels. The food was mediocre, nothing special, looked pretty though. But there was absolutely no hospitality from the restaurant staff. No greetings, no cleaning our table throughout the meal, nothing. With the waiting staff by the bar they’re okay. Some are nice enough and some are too nice. Making advances on me even after saying I have a boyfriend, constantly asking for my social media even after telling them no. I came here to enjoy my holiday, not to be harassed constantly by men who should be doing their jobs. Half the drinks weren’t on the menu because they didn’t have them in stock, and realistically the main attraction for all inclusive for adults is the alcohol, so it was very disappointing. By the 5th day I was ready to go home. Personally I wouldn’t recommend especially considering the price.

I must admit I was very worried when I read all the reviews as they seemed very negative So I will give you an honest review Negative Absolutely no entertainment at all from the animation team apart from a very strange 2 min dance on the bridge by the pool every day !! So if you’re looking for family entertainment then this isn’t the place. The à la carte restaurants well there wasn’t any as stated. The buffet restaurant was absolutely fine we always found something to eat breakfast and lunch were better than dinner. If you have picky eaters then you might struggle. Snack bar was average. The hotel I say was very European and I would say as English we were very outnumbered but this didn’t bother us at all. Rooms were very spacious, drinks in the fridge every day but unfortunately both of our rooms they didn’t work so no cold drink. Positives Swimming pool and allowed were great and no bother getting a sunbed evey day. Plenty of places to sit on n evening. Beach shuttle every 15 mins free and also lunch and drinks are all inclusive as well Just outside the hotel there are buses to Side which is absolutely beautiful, 2.50 euro pp 5 min walk and there is a huge market/shopping area. We had a lovely week away there and most of the staff were really friendly, some of the shop owners were very pushy. Good price for what you got definitely not 5* I probably wouldn’t return to this hotel.

This definitely isn’t a 5* hotel Everything beyond the lobby area is dirty. Carpets smell & a trip hazard. The food was ok,but they warmed up food that was eaten at lunch time at tea time but maybe just added a sauce too it. Personally I don’t think it should be sold to us British guests because it’s full of europeans and they clearly don’t like us British. We felt so out of place and was a target for name calling by them. Side town is a good 30 minutes in a taxi (£45 we paid). One day we found the “cleaner” sat on the bed eating our chocolate & drinking our juices. They isn’t much near this hotel only clothes shops..no bars & only 2 very small restaurants Staff speak very little if any English at all. We had a staff member hound us for a bag I had,she wouldn’t stop following us,in the end I gave her it to stop her following us. It’s a noisy hotel,we was in the block right near the front gate of the hotel and heard every single pick up/drop off. We didn’t feel safe at this hotel at all. I wouldn’t go back to this area of turkey again and we do turkey every year.
