From meeting Robert at the cub to our checkin, porter, dinner and checkout, the experience could not have been better! The Thai restaurant was elegant, peaceful and delicious. Robert recommend great dining in the community, our check in assistant was lovely and gracious.

We stayed at the Royal Lancaster for my birthday and it was such a lovely experience. When we arrived, there was a cake and balloons already waiting for us in the room — such a thoughtful touch that made the day feel really special right from the start. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was elegant without feeling stuffy. Everything felt well looked after, and the little birthday surprise showed real care and attention to detail. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a special stay in London. We’ll definitely be back!
