The booking process was smooth and they were very responsive. As for the hotel itself, the location is excellent, right next to the metro station. The staff was polite, and putting the bedbug issue aside, the room was nice, quiet, and equipped with working air-conditioning. The bathroom was also very nice. The beds in the room were quite small. Unfortunately, there were major issues. I stayed for 3 nights, and by the last day, I realized that the itchy red marks on my skin were bedbug bites. This is a serious hygiene issue. Additionally, due to ongoing renovations, there was no proper breakfast buffet despite it being included in our price. On Friday, they gave us a €5 voucher for a nearby cafe. However, over the weekend and on Monday (which was a holiday), the cafe was closed. The hotel's solution was to hand us a paper bag with just a yogurt, an apple, a croissant, a jam, and a rusk—with absolutely no coffee. It’s a shame because the hotel has potential and friendly staff, but they urgently need to do a deep pest control and improve their breakfast service.

I booked a room with 2 twins, one queen and a sofa sleeper. I booked this for 5 persons. When I arrived the booking was for 4 persons and no sofa sleeper though that also showed in my reservations. This left us short one bed and no recourse but to double up. The hotel is older but well kept. The breakfast was nice. I would probably not stay here again. It was near all the things we wanted to do.
