Location is central in the Gothic Quarter. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and iconic structures. The hotel is clean, and room is European standard with extra amenities. Rated 3 star due to staff attitude towards guests who wanted to get water from the front desk but was told that the water is for everybody insinuating not to get too much of it. In every business, there’s a proper way of communication. This hotel needs to educate staff how to do that.

We had stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago before a cruise and had an excellent stay. This year we booked this hotel again pre and post cruise and again had a fantastic experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is great. However, the best part about this hotel are the staff. They are so friendly and helpful- nothing is too much trouble for them. We can’t wait to stay again in the future.
