Good location, decent facilities, rooms clean and tidy. We visited mid-October and whilst I appreciate its nearing the end of the season, the hotel was understaffed on reception and in the bar area resulting in queues. Average experience; far from awful but could use a few improvements to make it better.

A large group of us have just returned from this hotel and one of our group has been bitten by bed bugs so be warned. Although there was plenty of choice for the food it was always cold which is very disappointing. Also there is a building being renovated next door which was very annoying. During our stay there was a very noisy and aggressive hen party which some of our party were staying next too and although they complained they were informed that security guards did not start work until 1100 hours so nothing could be done until then.

A super beautiful hotel, large spacious rooms, a beautiful garden with several swimming pools, the food is tasty and extensive, friendly and helpful staff, public transport to the hotel from where you can visit different places, there is also a beautiful marina nearby with nice shops and restaurants. This hotel is definitely recommended, I come here 3 times a year and hope to do it for a long time.
