Hiljuti renoveeritud Coral Teide Mar Apartments asub Puerto de la Cruzis, vaid mõne meetri kaugusel populaarsetest restoranidest, baaridest ja poodidest. Kompleks paistab silma traditsiooniliste Kanaari saarte rõdude ja 4000 m2 lopsakate subtroopiliste aedade poolest. Puerto de la Cruzi võluv vanalinna keskus koos oma tüüpiliste väljakute ja koloniaalajastu hoonetega on vaid 15-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel.
Teide Maril on traditsiooniline Kanaari saarte stiilis sisekujundus ja puidust verandad. Valgusküllastes stuudiokorterites on satelliittelevisiooniga istumisnurk ning kööginurk, kus on külmkapp, pliit ja röster.

The hotel's location is perfect, it has shops and supermarkets around it, you get to the center of Puerto de la Cruz in 20 minutes walking and about 8/9 minutes by car, they do not have parking available for the vacation apartments, the parking they have is for other tenants in the apartment residential complex who, by the way, must be the same ones who have banners hanging from the balconies saying that Coral Teide Mar is not a hotel...... in the October season it didn't take us long to park, just a couple of laps, I have to mention that they have an entertainment venue right next door called La Cla that if they have a party, get ready not to sleep because of the music until 2:30 in the morning and people acting crazy at 3/4 in the morning, you also hear everything, the cars and motorcycles that pass by and the neighbor in the apartment next door who goes out to the balcony to cough at 6 in the morning for example.... At least the bed is very comfortable and whatever sleep you can get will be fine, they don't have a pool since they are under construction but they give you a ticket so you can visit the pools of the apartments next door, we booked the apartment more than 8 months ago and no one warned us that the pool and garden area would be under construction, I found out that it didn't have a pool and that they were under construction two weeks before traveling because I called to ask a question and with little notice we couldn't change apartments. The staff in general and especially at the front desk are very pleasant and kind.
No pool, no bar, too noisy, situated right by a nightclub that runs until 2 am, no air con so you cant even close the door to stifle the noise. Very friendly staff though. Would not recommend nor stay here again
I have stayed in many different hotels and apartments in Tenerife over the years, both in the north and the south, but I have rarely felt as welcome as I have at Coral Teide Mar. In fact, I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend my holiday by another week. What really makes this place special to me is the staff, especially the reception team. They are not simply friendly, they genuinely care and go out of their way to help. During my stay I developed a serious problem with my knee. One of the receptionists immediately helped arrange a doctor for me and even went out to get ice for my knee. Another member of the reception team spent time helping me find beautiful places I could still visit despite my limited mobility. He recommended a wonderful viewpoint, and when I returned he actually remembered to ask me how I had enjoyed it. He then took out a map and showed me several other special places to visit. It is this kind of personal attention that makes such a difference. I also want to say something about the current swimming pool renovation, because I have seen some negative comments about it. I was aware before travelling that the pool would be closed for renovation. Of course, I understand that not everybody may have received or noticed that information. However, I find one thing rather ironic: people complain when a hotel or swimming pool is old and needs updating, but when the hotel actually invests in a major renovation, people complain that renovation work makes noise. You simply cannot completely rebuild a swimming pool in silence. Personally, the construction work has not spoiled my holiday at all. Yes, occasionally you hear work being done, it is a renovation after all , but my own experience has been very different from some of the dramatic descriptions I have read. I have found it perfectly manageable. I would much rather see a hotel investing in improving its facilities than leaving them outdated. My studio is simple but spacious and practical, and I have everything I need. I also love the location in La Paz: it is peaceful, with restaurants and shops nearby, and there are beautiful views within walking distance. But above everything else, I will remember the people here. Some people have no idea how much of a difference they can make simply by being themselves. ❤️ I came here for a holiday and ended up extending my stay because I simply wasn’t ready to leave yet. I think that says more than anything else I could write. Thank you, Coral Teide Mar, for making me feel so welcome. I will be back. ❤️
