Amazing hotel, modern and fresh. Yummy breakfast and we booked through Secret Escapes so we got some extra treats like a nice chilled bottle of bubbly waiting in the room. Quiet location with easy walking distance to most attractions. The room was clean and big with a lovely balcony. Excellent service from the staff at reception desk aswell as the staff at breakfast, would highly recommend this hotel!

It is not well located; transportation is needed to be able to go to places of interest. The neighborhood is terrible, so you have to rely on taxis at night; the area does not feel safe. The hotel reception is beautiful, but we stayed in an apartment that turns out to be a floor in a residential building. The entrance is that of a residential building, with its smelly trash room, broken mailboxes, and a motorcycle on the landing. You go up in the elevator to the sixth floor. Spacious apartment, although the sofa bed was very small. The bathroom is a disaster since the elements are very poorly organized; the shower tray is nonexistent, it is just a piece of floor with a screen around it. The kitchen sink faucet was loose, no washing machine, no drying rack. Excellent room service. If I book a hotel and it offers apartments because it does not have rooms for 4 people, I expect it to be inside the hotel. I am paying for the reception service, cleaning of the surroundings, elevators, ... an environment that is pleasant to the eye and the nose. I am ensuring that if any situation arises, I have the immediate assistance of the reception and not an apartment in a residential building. I respect tourist apartments, but if I book a hotel, I expect what I pay for; otherwise, I would have looked for a perhaps more cost-effective option.

Positive points: very friendly staff at the reception as well as at the breakfast service, quiet neighborhood (it remains far from the city center: count 40 minutes on foot to reach "the chain bridge"). Very good breakfast, you will have a choice between savory and sweet options. The rooms are spacious, well soundproofed, and the bedding is of high quality. Numerous elevators, there is almost no wait. Small gym and relaxation area on the rooftop where you can have a distant view of the citadel and its statue. Negative points: unsupervised jacuzzi, some people do not wash before getting in (even though it is clearly specified) and take the liberty of bringing their young children. We reported the information. I think the staff should insist a little more on this hygiene aspect. Breakfast room a bit cramped only between the first tables and the food, difficult to get around near the kitchen pass. Otherwise, there are enough tables that remain properly spaced. No real orange juice (Tang lovers will be delighted). Hotel parking at 28 euros per night, it is very expensive. And finally, the air conditioning, which works very well, is a bit noisy. Very nice hotel, I recommend it!
