My first visit to Lloret de mar. The hotel is in a great location for access to sea front , bus station and resort centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful . Food is to a good standard and the Red/Green cards on the tables in the dining room are a great idea for lone travellers so you can retain your table when at the buffet. Mixture of guests , some are friendly and some are unfriendly. The pool area can be accessed directly from the street so be mindful when leaving valuables and your bags are the pool area. Rooms are spacious and comfortable , no chair or dressing table is provided but the rooms are very nice and the balcony is a good size. Large TV in the room has access to some British channels , BBC , Channels 4 and 5 but not ITV . Toilet and shower are in separate areas which is a good idea , shower area does need a thorough clean though. The bar area is very nice and good seating both inside and outside. There is no entertainment so the bar is nice to relax and have a quiet drink. I would definitely visit this hotel again , made very welcome throughout my visit.

Just returned from a family 5 day break. We were not disappointed! ROOMS - excellent BEDS- one of the comfiest in any hotel i have visited Cleanliness- Immaculate Showers- powerful and plenty of hot water. Food - on eof our party was vegetarian and quite fussy - however all of us thouroughly enjoyed the amazing choice and quality at each meal - we did nhalf board... which i would recommend without hesitation. bar prices etremely reasonable! But i would say that each member of staff from reception, resteraunt, bar and room attendents are all an absolute credit to this hotel! would we return........ without a doubt.... why wouldnt we! from the Walker family 10th October rooms 1213 and 1201 Thank you Aaqua Betran Park for a great short break!!

Superb hotel, very well located; we always return with great pleasure. Ideal location. Azucena and her staff are as welcoming and attentive as ever, as are Rodrigo and his team. We enjoyed a superb suite with a large, well-decorated terrace. At the restaurant, the buffet is very varied and hearty, whether for breakfast or dinner. Thank you all for helping us have a wonderful time. Everything was perfect. Looking forward to meeting again.
