We stayed for 3 nights. Small room, the advantage is that you don't leave anything out of the suitcase so it doesn't get in the way, large and comfortable bed, excellent pillows, the bathroom besides being small, had a bathtub, very uncomfortable to get in and out of. Highlight the breakfast, abundant and varied. Good location, 10 minutes from the central station, and the financial district. Despite the train tracks passing right next to it, it has good soundproofing and you don't notice it. what I didn't like: THEY DO NOT CLEAN the room or the bathroom, you have to ask for it at the front desk every day, besides looking at us badly, the cleaning was limited to straightening the duvet and that's it, they don't stretch the sheets, nor did they move the pillows, the bathroom wasn't even touched...... If it weren't for this small detail, my general opinion would change.

I made a reservation by mistake and contacted the hotel within minutes to explain the situation. There was no use of the service and no impact on room availability. Despite this, the hotel refused any cancellation, refund, or reasonable alternative. The only option offered was a date change, which was not viable. I then proposed a fair alternative: transferring the reservation to another property within the same group in a different city, ensuring no financial loss for the hotel. This was also refused. This is not about policy itself, but about how rigidly and disproportionately it was applied, completely ignoring the circumstances. I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the hotel and through Booking.com, without any willingness to find a reasonable solution. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious. Even if a mistake is reported immediately, do not expect flexibility. Very disappointing experience, not because of the stay, but because of how the situation was handled.
