During my first visit to London, I unexpectedly became very ill and had a medical emergency at the hotel. What could have been an extremely distressing experience was made so much easier by the remarkable kindness and professionalism of the staff. Sarah truly went above and beyond. She came directly to my room to get me, supported me as I made my way downstairs, and calmly took charge of the entire situation. She continuously checked on my symptoms, made sure I was safe, and promptly arranged a taxi to the hospital. Even when I offered her a gesture of gratitude, she simply said that she loved her job and thanked me instead for offering. Her sincerity genuinely touched me. I will always remember the kindness I received here during a difficult moment. My first visit to London became a truly memorable experience because of Sarah and the wonderful team. This is hospitality at its very best.

A decent place for an overnight stay, near(ish) to Euston , King's Cross and St Pancras. Our room lacked aircon, but was otherwise clean and comfortable.

Fab location - walking distance from Euston, Kings Cross, St Pancras. Reasonably priced. Reception staff couldn't have been more efficient, helpful or kind. I very much appreciated them on this latest stay when we had a bit of an emergency and staff went out of their way to help us. All the staff are impeccably trained, hardworking, efficient & helpful. Lovely shower. Extremely comfortable bed. Great breakfast. The bar area and breakfast are lovely. By a lovely bit of greenery in the park. Ideal for a London trip, close to the tube (Euston Sq or Russell Sq) and close to the British Museum.
