Absolute nightmare came away for my besties 60th had unruly spanish kids in pool giving backchat they were supposed to be supervised by the adults that was with them them but they let them carry on being rude nothing was done about it Some of the staff were very off towards us except Louie behind the bar was truly an exception.Shower kept going off and the food was verypoor. Deffo wouldnt reccomend this place. I.m a paying customer like everyone else expect the same standards with everyone. Very disappointed.

Hotel is slapped bang in the middle of Spanish housing, loads of disrespectful kids giving abuse, can not get in the jacuzzi which I thought it was for people over 16, cannot get into normal pool kids diving and jumping in, reported to reception about these awful kids not 1 member of staff as approach my party to let us know what as been said , food is cold and not alot of choice a especially as one of the part is celiac, i have not enjoyed myself as this was a treat for my 60 th birthday and I will definitely not be coming back and I will be telling people not to visit
