I booked Jet2 holiday package - All inclusive, we got dropped off just up the road as the coach cant get to the hotel, private transfers/taxis can park straight outside so not a problem to get to and was very easy to find from the very beginning. We had a warm welcome at the front desk and the lady that checked me in remembered me emailing her with the requests. I asked for a quiet room and it was lovely. Room 525, we had a lovely view as was on the top floor. Room was clean and tidy, cleaned each day, staff was lovely throughout the hotel. I would say the food was average, there was a wide selection but my son can be picky so lived on fries and ice cream. I am vegetarian and wasn't a great selection, but I was full each time I left the dining. They do offer a separate snack option for all inclusive but I didn't rate that at all was left out for 2 hours and flies were obviously buzzing around so stayed clear of that, so that was a down side. Pool area was great also, relaxing vibe on top pool area and all pools were warm enough to get into without being freezing. It was refreshing when the weather is hot, they do have 2 showers and 1 on the top area also. Great location to the beach front, short walk from the hotel and we got a taxi to waterworld which was easier for us and it was only about 10 minutes away and was around 10 euros each way 😀 All inclusive drinks that were included were a really good range I was really happy with all of them, some on the menu you had to pay for but I felt like I had enough options for the week. Loved the cava, the alegria punch and blue lagoons 🍹 Would definitely recommend this hotel, it was just me and my son travelling and I felt safe staying there. I had to make sure I put a good review on as I was very spectical to going after seeing the reviews, so I wanted to just put forward my thoughts, everyone will always have a different opinion but don't always review when it's a nice place. Very Disappointing Experience I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. We paid €870 expecting a comfortable stay, but instead we were left with a room that was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It kept switching off and the room never stayed cool, making it very uncomfortable. When we contacted reception, we were told the air conditioning was “giving cool air,” even though it clearly wasn’t. Another member of staff even acknowledged that it wasn’t working properly, but Luca insisted it was working and said he could “feel it.” There was nothing to feel. Instead of listening to our concerns or trying to resolve the problem, he argued with us. When you’re paying this kind of money, you expect good customer service and for problems to be taken seriously. The only solution offered was that there were no other rooms available because the hotel was full, which didn’t solve the issue at all. The lack of customer care made the whole experience even worse. Rather than apologising or trying to help, we felt dismissed and left with no option but to stay in an uncomfortable room. If you’re travelling from Ireland or anywhere else and expecting good value for your money, I’d think twice before booking here. For €870, this was nowhere near the standard we expected. Very disappointing, and unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Location is good , Room is quite good size and clean but rest of all the basic facilities are awfully bad , the most basic facility which provide by every even 2 star hotel is tea coffee facility in room , when we ask for kettle in room they denied it . While we were booking there was no option for all inclusive there was full board option and and it was mentioned in detail that basic drink will be provided only premium drink will be charged that too on 50% discount , when we try to speak wid the member of staff they said we don’t know what’s written on the web site because it’s not our website … ok then we ask them to upgrade it to all inclusive and will pay the extra but they denied that they can’t do …. Very disappointing . For vegetarian people there no option apart from salad and fries . They even denied to provide chilli flex or chilli , so staff are very much unfriendly and unprofessional So over all misleading information on website to lure aur costumer we felt cheated Unprofessional behaviour because there was no senior member of staff available to speak to us First time in my life time I have experienced this The information and picture provided on website has no match in reality Pls avoid booking in this hotel
