We stayed at Best San Diego for 10 days and unfortunately left disappointed. The main issue was the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping was not carried out regularly, and we often had to request it ourselves. Even after the room was cleaned, there was still a large amount of sand left on the balcony despite our repeated requests to have it properly cleaned. It felt as though our concerns were being ignored. I would also like to mention the unprofessional behavior of a receptionist named Cristian. Unlike the rest of the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and quick to assist guests, Cristian was consistently rude and unwelcoming. Every interaction with him left a negative impression. For example, when our air conditioner stopped working, other members of staff arranged for it to be repaired in less than 30 minutes. This made the difference in service and attitude even more noticeable. It is a shame because the hotel has a good location and most of the staff were pleasant and professional. However, the poor housekeeping standards and the behavior of one employee significantly affected our overall experience. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future guests.

Great hotel, this was my son’s first trip abroad and was exactly what we wanted. Quiet hotel but lots going on , great entertainment, lots to choose from for breakfast and tea. Very close to the main strip of bars and restaurants, short walk to the stunning beach. Lots of things to do in the area ie zip wire park, mini golf

Location is great right next to the beach and not far from shops and restraunt ,however exatreamly noisey all night from near by bars and cars and the doors are so thin can hear everything outside the door including people running up and down the corridors, we came for a nice peaceful holiday and instead feels like it should be targeted towards young people who are here on party holidays , we came all inclusive drinks selection is actually very good but we're goijg to have to eat out cause the food standard is just so low ,chips for breakfast and hadn't switch the hot light on so cold food , the pool also doesn't open till 10 ,but I would say it is very clean hotel and the pool area is really nice with lots of beds ,deffo not 4 star
