Helpful staff, very good food and drinks, clean rooms, good location.

Lovely modern hotel, 5 minute walk to the square. Room and hotel was spotless and the buffet breakfast was really good, with a great variety. Staff were very friendly. We were able to book tours via the hotel, it was a bit more expensive but we were picked up at the hotel and dropped off. Lots of great eating places nearby. I definitely recommend and will be returning.

Can’t find a single negative comment, great location just a 10 minute walk to the old town. Hotel was modern, quiet and spotless with really comfy beds. Great breakfast with a lot of variety and the staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. They also provided a breakfast box to take with us as we were leaving early on a tour. Loved the water dispensers on each floor as it was hot when we were there so good to be able to fill up for day and night.If I visit Krakow again which I am sure we will as it’s a beautiful place I would definitely stay here again.
