I’ll start by saying I will find fault in anything I can. Alas I can’t at this hotel. Large spacious and clean. All staff were nice. Everything you need in the rooms. We went all inclusive and by the end of our 7 days I felt ill from eating too much food! Great selection everyday for lunch and dinner. Dining area is busy but huge and you don’t feel crowded in at your table at all as they are spaced well apart and the staff are impeccable at clearing your plates once you’ve finished and decide you need more to eat. The pools are all salt water and again spotless. The hotel location is pretty isolated which we knew about as we didn’t want to travel about except for a boat excursion which was just across the road. If you do want to travel the bus stop is right outside and there’s a ticket machine inside the hotel. The hotel shop is well stocked with essentials should you forget anything. The only fault I did find was the air con in our room only worked periodically. Then 5 minutes prior to our departure I discovered the balcony doors have to be kept shut for it to operate which makes sense. So that was my error. Don’t be put off by any negative reviews and that’s coming from someone nicknamed Mr. Grumpy!!
