Several members of our group discovered mice in their rooms during our stay. This was unacceptable and caused considerable discomfort and concern. Guests should be able to expect clean and safe accommodation. We were very disappointed with the experience and would not choose this hotel again.

Great price for London. 3 mins from Tottenham Court Rd tube and 8mins from Shaftesbury Theatre. TV in room didn't work but we weren't there to watch TV.

Absolutely horrible experience. I have come to St Giles for the past many years, and I never experienced anything as bad as this. Did not change the sheets after 4 days, did not check if the room needed fresh towels, did not check if the room needed more toilet paper. Everyone had to get in line at Front Desk to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels. Shower doesn't drain properly. No phones in the rooms, you have to go downstairs to ask for anything. Elevator takes centuries to get anywhere. I can take all of this. But the worst part: I was staying there on business, and the booking was made under a group booking. I was the only one who arrived at 6pm for check in, the staff did not even check, and my card was charged for early check in. I spent every single day of my week long stay there trying to dispute this. Nobody cared, they did not care. Really terrible service, very cold management, this new management is all for making a quick buck, what hospitality? It's not a hotel, it's a student dormitory. The only thing they got going for them is the location. They are actively exploiting their clients. I read all the horrible reviews, and saw every response from the Guest Management Team , pfft. Don't believe anything they write, just come here and experience for yourself how cold it is. Wait, please don't come here, there are plenty of other places around.
