The President is in a fabulous location, perfect for visiting Covent Garden & the West End. Theres also a variety of places to eat at if needs be, as you can also eat at the hotel. Theres also a couple of pubs close by as is a Tesco extra & the nearest tube is a 5 minute walk. We were celebrating our 35th Wedding anniversary & we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely touch in our room of towel art, balloons & chocolates, so thanks to the Housekeeping supervisor. The room & was very clean, but could have done with another chair to pop our jackets over & handbag on as there were no coats hooks & only just enough hangers for clothes. The reception team were lovely & we were able to leave our cases after checkout which is an excellent facility. Breakfast was good & plentiful & service in the bar area was also good, with polite & friendly staff. Security is good too as you needed to scan your room key to operate the lifts. The only negative here would be that the area can he noisy early in the morning & we had to have our window open due to the heat & was woken early by loud traffic honking their horns. This was my 3rd visit & will definitely return.

Nice location in front of Russel Square and easy to access any location. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Yasmina, the hotel reception lady is very kind and helpful!

Nice people at the front desk, especially Mermine. She helped us very good and made us feel seen. The room could be a bit more clean but other than that, its good!
