Karina was amazing. Very friendly and super helpful always.
Our stay at the President Hotel was excellent. Alexandar handled our check in. He was professional, answered all our questions patiently and gave us lots of helpful information for our stay in London. The room was exactly as pictured. The bathroom was clean and looked recently renovated. The bedding was very comfortable. There was Wi-Fi in the room. The hotel's location is ideal, very close to public transport and attractions such as the British Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.
