Excellent location. You can walk to British museum. Lots of eating places nearby. Receptionist Yasmina was nice and friendly unlike the man that works with her at the same time. He keeps saying room is not ready , come back in an hour, so I did , still not ready, why not tell the truth that the room is not ready till 2pm. Room is pretty basic. No table and chair. No fan in the bathroom. They provide hairdryer but can’t plug in the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. Overall stay was pleasant.

UCLH arranged a room for myself and my husband whilst I was having tests at the hospital. Yasmina checked us in and was so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcome. The room was really comfortable but would have benefited from a couple of comfy chairs. Excellent shower room. The room and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff were smiling. All in all it was way better than being admitted to the ward again, but next time I’d request twin beds as the double bed was a little snug for both of us plus my medical devices.
