The lifeguard named D. Did not allow my child to go down the slide,even thought the small slide was still fullu operational. My child was crying,and i explained to him that it was our lady day,but he was very rude.The pool was closing in 12 minuts.The website states that the aquapark is open until 6:00 pm,but in reality close 12 minutes early every day.I dont understand the behavior of The lifeguard D. He made my child very sad and this is not how someone whose job is to saves lives should behave.My room was not cleaned well, i had to go to the reception myself just to get toilet paper.

I want to talk about the restaurant. It was an all you can eat buffet. The food was very good, especially the desserts. But when we first sat down to order drinks, we had to stand up and call over a member of staff just to come over and order our drinks. Then by the time I was finished my meal, the water had still not arrived. But I noticed that tables around us had their drinks given to them within a minute. We were furious and complained to staff, but nothing changed. This happened pretty much during the entirety of my holiday. And with that I rate the restaurant 3 stars.
