On arrival, the exterior of this aparthotel was not very welcoming. There was a disgusting smell in our room as if it hadn’t been cleaned to a high standard before our arrival. They request a deposit of 100 euro. This deposit is to ensure you leave the apartment/ studio as you find it. We requested a studio with a double bed and on arrival we were greeted with a sofa bed. You have to empty the bins yourself as cleaners don't come every day. You have to clean the apartment/ studio before you leave. They provide you with a cleaning kit with disinfectant, a scrubber, a bin bag and a cloth. There’s also a sweeping brush, dustpan and mop in the bathroom on the wall. We stayed in a studio. Beds are sofa beds which are not fit for purpose. The springs are coming up through the mattress. The walls are paper thin and you can hear noise from other apartments. The balcony and studio are very dated. There are 3 sockets in the whole studio, none beside the sofa bed. No kettle or toaster in the studio and there were marks on the cutlery and hard food on plates in the press. Light doesn’t work in the fridge. The table on the balcony was all marked and the whole place just felt filthy dirty. Other apartments had a clothes horse to dry clothes, ours had a tiny piece of twine from the wall to the balcony rail . There is no remote control for the air conditioning so it could not be adjusted. The wardrobe space is minimal. Bathroom very outdated. We only stayed for 2 nights and booked another hotel for the remainder of our stay. We could not wait to leave. We would not recommend this aparthotel.
