absolutely terrible place please do not book! We left after two hours and stayed somewhere else, no working air con, pool cost is 50 euros for one swim! Towels dirty! Beds dirty hotel reception extremely rude and all we did was check in, didn’t even bother to complain just left it was so bad

With a family party of 16 we stayed the nights of 19th and 20th July 2026. The hotel staff were diligent and responsive but the first impressions of hotel wasnt positive. The rooms were tired and dated, we noted there was no seating areas outwith the rooms for gathering socially, there was also no facilities for beverages/snacks after pool area closed. The pool area wasnt the most accommodating either,we were paying customers,and did purchase from the pool bar,but we werent made to feel very welcome after the bossy supervisor of the area took 2 tables away from us for "other guests"! Which made us all uncomfortable. The hotel doesnt appear to have adequate seating/facilities for there customers. I unfortunately wouldnt be going back to this hotel.

Firstly the rooms were tired and dated which may have been tolerable for two nights had a 90 year old not been reduced to tears through lack of sleep due to her air condition unit sounding like a tractor each night. Secondly there are no seating areas outwith the rooms for gathering socially. We had to takeover the entire reception area on filthy, stained seats which were falling apart. We felt this was unfair to other guests who had to squeeze through us to and from their rooms. Thirdly for a hotel of this stature, the pool area was a complete joke. In 30°c plus heat one had to purchase a swimming cap and PAY to cool off! Tacky plastic furniture at the pool bar was inadequate for the number of hotel guests and the bossy supervisor of the area took 2 tables away from us for "other guests"! One member of our group had the leg of a chair break under them but thankfully managed to break their fall and avoid a serious head injury on hard concrete. The supervisor's response was to joke and laugh it off as a funny incident. Finally on a more sinister note- one member of our group accidentally left £350 ear pods in a drawer in their room. On discovering this a few hours after departure, the hotel was phoned as the pods were tracked by locator to still be in the room. The receptionist was even advised which drawer they were in but would NOT ask a member of housekeeping to go and retrieve them. The response was " nothing has been handed in to lost and found" - totally ignoring the plea that they WERE still in a certain drawer in the room. The next day, the pods were tracked to Barcelona. Either another guest found them and stole them or.... draw your own conclusions. Be very careful with your valuables if you have the misfortune to end up in this hotel!
