Visited with husband and kids aged 9 & 15. The location for the beach and theme parks was good. Most of the staff were friendly. Food was ok, nothing amazing. The pool is too small for the volume of guests, it was mostly over crowded, hair floating in it, layer of sun cream/oil on the surface, maybe the filters aren’t working fully or there just too many people using it? Some tiles missing in the pool. The aircon in the reception and corridors is very poor. The aircon in the rooms and restaurant was ok. One person serving on the bar so long queues. A card had to be shown every meal for full board, why not use different colour wrist bands? Drinks from the bar were not allowed in the restaurant, not sure why? Different prices? Room was cleaned and fresh towels but we did have ants in the room. It was ok but I wouldn’t return here unless they made some changes as mentioned, to make it a more pleasant and effortless experience, which is what you want on holiday.

The hotel rooms were lovely, they were cleaned every day, clean towels every day. The hotel was about 10 minutes from the town centre good location. The the bad bits The pool is a lot smaller than the picture. The sunbeds were terrible. Old and ripped. The food all taste the same every night. The snack bar wasnt great either. There was only ever 1 staff member behind the bar. Would i stay there again NO

This is a good three star hotel the food is really good alot of variety for breakfast lunch and dinner the entertainment staff go all out there really good aswel. The swimming pools good with life guards on point at all times. The reception staff came across as rude and Sharpe but this could be a language barrier issue. Overall the hotel does deserve three stars for me. We done half board while we was here and changed our evening meal for lunch time meals what is easily done at the reception
