Clean, friendly,quiet, comfortable,helpful staff and good breakfast

We arrived at the hotel at 2pm, check in time, to be told the rooms were not ready due to water problems. We came back at 3pm and were able to check in. Reception staff were very apologetic and helpful. Rooms very nice and bed comfortable. The next day no water. We decided to go to the beautiful pool pictured on the website! This pool is actually across the street and services all ST hotels. It was like a public swimming pool. The water was disgusting and there were hundreds of people crammed into the space. We were surrounded by smokers, vapers and lots of very loud young men who had no spatial awareness! This was not a pleasant experience and we specifically chose this hotel because of the pool!!! We were very disappointed.
