A very disappointing stay! Poor service and a disappointing experience! Absolutely not recommended!

Very disappointing stay and poor service. ​The stay at the alltoura Club Hotel Sidekum was an absolute disappointment. The service was extremely poor, the staff was rude, and we did not feel comfortable or safe at all. The booked services and the standard did not meet expectations at all. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful vacation at the Sidekum Hotel in Side. The entire staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms were clean and were thoroughly cleaned daily. The food was varied, delicious, and there was something suitable for every taste. We particularly enjoyed the well-maintained grounds, the beautiful pool area, and the relaxed atmosphere. The beach was also easily accessible and very clean. We felt completely comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. Many thanks to the entire team – we would love to come back! ☀️🌴🇹🇷 Clear recommendation! 😊
