Absolutely awful experience. I genuinely don’t understand how this place receives the reviews it does.
From the beginning, the staff were rude, dismissive and extremely unhelpful. Unfortunately, this wasn’t just one member of staff having a bad day — the attitude seemed to be consistent throughout the property. Every interaction felt like you were inconveniencing them simply by asking for help. Honestly, if dealing with customers isn’t for you, perhaps hospitality isn’t the right industry.
The rooms were another major disappointment. The ceiling fans were extremely loud and practically useless, making it difficult to sleep. If you want to use a fan, you can apparently RENT one — except the rented fan was also terrible and ridiculously noisy. So you’re essentially paying extra for something that doesn’t even solve the problem.
There were also obvious problems with the water during our stay. Basic water facilities should be the absolute minimum when you’re paying for accommodation, yet this became another issue we had to deal with.
And then there were the cockroaches — loads of them. This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. Seeing multiple cockroaches around the property is disgusting and completely unacceptable. Once you’ve seen them, you can’t relax because you’re constantly wondering where the next one is going to appear.
The whole property feels tired, poorly maintained and in desperate need of proper investment. Add the water problems, awful fans, cockroaches and consistently unpleasant staff, and you’ve got a holiday accommodation that I would absolutely not recommend.
I don’t care how cheap the accommodation is — basic cleanliness, functioning facilities and decent customer service are not unreasonable expectations.
We came here to enjoy a holiday and instead spent far too much time dealing with problems.
I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else in Costa Adeje.

We had a four-night stay; for two days we were without water in the mini-apartments, there is little ventilation, the television does not work, the water pressure was low, the blades that were in the room as ventilation did not provide air and made noise.
The treatment from certain staff members when trying to resolve any questions was unprofessional; during those four nights we spent there, we were offered another alternative to improve the conditions we were in, which was to pay €15 + €20 (deposit) for a fan. When you rent the room, it says there is Wi-Fi, but instead, when you arrive at the room, they tell you that there is only Wi-Fi at the front desk and at the bar that is right below the front desk. Furthermore, in the room's beds, you can feel the springs in the mattresses, they are a bit uncomfortable; we did not see the hotel entertainment anywhere, there were no trash bags to change them, and we had to go to the person in charge of cleaning so they would give us towels.
Television remote, ventilation, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, things that should normally be provided at no additional cost, everything has a cost.
We were not going to file any complaint and we were not going to complain about the facility, but after going through all that, I did not want to let it slide; I am very dissatisfied with the treatment and the facilities of the place.
