The hotel in general is mediocre, the food leaves a lot to be desired, I am here with all-inclusive, and you have to pay for half of the things, and the worst part is the entertainment is only for the French, terrible, I do not recommend this hotel.

Huge hotel. Very well located. Very large room with a large terrace and exterior views. Wonderful mattresses. Very clean. Very nice pools with activities for children. Very varied and high-quality food. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff. Quality. Highly recommended.

I previously wrote a review on this hotel, back on May. There were positives and negatives. I am very surprised that for a hotel if this size, and given the amount of staff behind reception/check in desks, none of them can be bothered to acknowledge my review - whether positive or negative. Not only mine, but they never seem to acknowledge any reviews. I think this just sums up a “couldn’t care less attitude, we’ve had your money, get on with it”
