The least relaxing holiday we have been on. Full of groups of teenagers and school trips, took over one of the pool areas blasting music all hours. We had to move rooms as we have them running up and down the halls banging on doors at all hours. Now 'all inclusive' pretty much just breakfast, lunch and dinner with drinks. Snack bar was a little fridge with microwave pre cooked burgers or fruit. No kids ice cream available only what you can buy. Hotel was cleaned ok, aircon is non existent and the walls are paper thin so you can hear people even talking. There is no kids club like it says and the evening kids entertainment starts at 9 which is just music and dancing. At 10 its just music apart from 3 nights they had a singer who sang in spanish. No other entertainment and if you have teens then there is nothing for them to do. They have a 'relaxing spa' which was full of kids dive bombing into the pool and no-one monitoring it.

Basically, if you are under 23 you’ll love it, if you are over 23 don’t do it! Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel room honestly reminds me of my old army barracks from the 90’s. You have beds, a chair and wardrobe which are very dated. Don’t expect a kettle, iron or fridge. Bathroom functions as is with a bit of mould around the place. The room has air con which is like the last breath of a dying frog, weak. We had the pool outside our balcony so could enjoy watching the testosterone filled boys trying to make the biggest splashes while the girls do their best to scream as much as possible. I felt ancient amongst a hotel full of teens with bus loads more constantly arriving daily. On a plus, the buffet offers a vast amount of choice for breakfast and dinner and honesty fills you up with as much as you can eat with really delicious quality dishes and plenty of desserts. Really not sure how this hotel is 4 star, 2 max.
