Hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Golden Taurus Aquapark Resort for a whole month (from the end of June to the end of July), and it was truly an unforgettable experience. A huge, special thank you to the incredible Animation Team (Ginna, Luis, Luca, Izan, Pawla, Jesus, Merche, Titi, Aurea, Anna, Jas, Gege)! We love you guys, and we will miss you so much! You were not just staff to us; you became our true friends and family during this month. You were so kind, funny, and joyful with us, and especially with my little daughter, Maryam. She loved every moment with you! Also, a special mention for the two evening shows where the animation team themselves acted—they were honestly the two best shows we saw during our entire stay! We would also like to express our gratitude to the hotel management and all the supervisors for their excellent organization. A warm shout-out to all the waitstaff who were extremely polite and respectful, especially the lovely night waitress, Kinga, who always greeted us with "Shukran" and "Afwan" in Arabic—she was so sweet and made us smile every night! ‏Regarding the food: we were so happy to find a great variety of delicious Halal food and fresh fruit every day. A wonderful compliment to the restaurant team: the food never runs out! Buffets were always constantly refilled and fresh. Thank you Golden Taurus for making us feel at home. We will deeply miss you all! ❤️ With love, Maryam, Muca, Mohammed (From Libya 🇱🇾) شهر لا يُنسى - أفضل طاقم عمل وضيافة! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ قضينا في فندق جولدن توروس أكوا بارك شهرًا كاملاً (من نهاية شهر يونيو حتى نهاية شهر يوليو)، وكانت بحق تجربة لا تُنسى. شكر خاص جداً وكبير لـ فريق الترفيه الرائع (جينا، لويس، لوكا، إيزان، باولا، خيسوس، ميرتشي، تيتي، أوريا، آنا، خاس، جيجي)! نحبكم يا رفاق وسنشتاق إليكم كثيراً! لم تكونوا مجرد طاقم بالنسبة لنا، بل أصبحتم أصدقاءنا وعائلتنا الحقيقية خلال هذا الشهر. كنتم لطيفين ومرحين للغاية معنا، وخاصة مع طفلتي الصغرى مريم، فقد أحبت كل لحظة معكم! كما أود الإشادة بالعرضين الليليين اللذين قدمهما فريق الترفيه بتمثيلهم الخاص—فقد كانا بصراحة أفضل عرضين شاهدناهما طوال فترة إقامتنا! نود أيضاً أن نعرب عن امتناننا لإدارة الفندق وجميع المشرفين على تنظيمهم الممتاز. تحية دافئة لجميع النادلين والنادلات الذين كانوا في غاية الأدب والاحترام، وخاصة النادلة اللطيفة Kinga في الفترة الليلية التي كانت تحيينا دائماً بكلمتي "شكراً" و "عفواً" بالعربية—لقد كانت لطيفة جداً وأسعدتنا كثيراً! بالنسبة للطعام: أسعدنا جداً توفر الكثير من الطعام الحلال والفاكهة الطازجة واللذيذة يومياً. ملاحظة إعجاب جميلة لفريق المطعم: الطعام لا ينتهي لديهم أبداً! فالبوفيه يُعاد ملؤه باستمرار وبكل طازج. شكراً جولدن توروس لأنكم جعلتمونا نشعر وكأننا في بيتنا. سنشتاق إليكم جميعاً كثيراً! ❤️ مع كل الحب، مريم، موكا، محمد (من ليبيا 🇱🇾)

We have very good memories about our stay at the hotel. The hotel is very clean and family-friendly. There are plenty of activities for children and adults too. The rooms have daily towel changes and quick basic service. The hotel has a laundry room and an iron; tokens can be purchased at the reception. The staff are very friendly, especially Ivan, the waiter who worked the bars. He was very friendly and polite. There were also a few staff members who showed their 'attitude', making us feel unwelcome when ordering drinks and snacks, which were included in our package. I work in hospitality myself, and I wouldn't dare roll my eyes at customers after they ordered, but that didn't change our opinion about the hotel. The buffet had something different to offer every day, and the food was always very good. Judith and Axel, who answered our questions on our first night, were amazing. There are lifeguards at the pools and they pay close attention to everything going on. People often reserve loungers and place their towels on them, so it was sometimes difficult to find an available spot. One of the pools is quite noisy because that's where all the teenagers' fun takes place, while the other one is a bit quieter There's bingo and karaoke every night at one of the bars, as well performances by different artists We'll definitely be back next holidays and bringing our friends.
