To far away from everything atmosphere ok rooms small no kettles food was always cold i stuck to salad most of the time or made a roll deserts were nice drnks were bad entertaiment area smelt of sewage so sat outside or went out the pool is small and not very clean would not stay at this hotel again

We stayed here from 11.09.2026 - 14.09.2026 for our birthday we've visited Salou before, but stayed at the busier part, so it was nice to be in this part. I'd say it would be fully unfair of me to do a full review of the hotel, because it was just a base for us and we didn't fully use all facilities of the hotel. Room 6132 the room was clean, awful smell coming from the bathroom, not all the time though, so must have been a drainage issue. Beds are ok a little too soft for me, so you could feel when either of you moved. Right near lifts and stairs, and it was noisy, not the hotels fault but just other guest. So rude shouting to each other when walking by, dragging feet across the floor so pick your feet up and walk normal, banging of doors. Just close it, no need to let it slam, on phones (speaker) and the ones in the room next to us, shouting on speaker phone talking so loud think the whole hotel could hear the loud mouth. This went on until 03:14 one morning. Good job we was only around a few days because I wouldn't have put up with it any longer. Breakfast was included for us, I just had cereal and pastries, found these ok, queuing for Tea/Coffee it would be better if that was table service more fresher and warmer. Didn't use the pool area, seen them waiting at 10 for it to open, small area didn't look great, we opted for the beach, two beds and umbrella €25 spent. Evening Meal. Food cold, struggled with choice so mostly salad and some bread for me. Puddings ok, great ice cream machine. Regarding the bites I've seen in other reviews. I had read that Salou had an issue with mosquitoes and we used stuff to protect us, apart from the day we left, and got home and noticed a couple of bites so these came either on our walk to the beach or waiting to be picked up for the airport, and this is because we didn't spray us that day every other day and night we did. Jet 2 guy at the airport even said was an issue with them. So to say its from the hotel isn't fair at all. The hotel isn't perfect I like to sleep at night after I've had a busy day of exploring and I didn't sleep well and unfortunately that isn't the hotels fault just idiots around us, but better soundproofing would help this.
