Very poor food not good always cold entertainment Very bad

I never thought I’d leave a bad review but I had a really bad experience here, rude staff, one lady in particular (older lady, short, short brown hair, wears, glasses, she snatched my drink out of my hand after I went to fill my drink and said no and turned the machine off and then said nothing else, food was so oily and stone cold even after coming in straight after being cooked, nothing was fresh, churros were rock solid and cold. Not allowed to bring bottles of water up to your rooms, and the same rude lady took it away from us. All drinks were in plastic cups, Coctails were watered down and not nice. The outside and the pool was closed everyday so early and the pool was tiny anyway didn’t look like the photos on the website and not enough chairs to go around. I put the do not disturb sign on the door and cleaners came in, bed sheets were stained which looked like blood My chicken curry was pure oil I put a photo but it’s the not the best because I screenshotted it off a video, but I would not recommend this hotel whatever save your money.

Loved our holiday. The hotel was lovely very clean and staff were very nice. Reception greeted us with a smile. Local to shops and beach. Only down fall the food was only warm but there was a microwave which i found the day before leaving.. But over all great hotel.
