The hotel lobby is bright. As soon as we arrived at the hotel the staff was welcoming and helpful. We arrived way too early to check in (3 pm after being on a cruise), but were showed to a secure luggage storage area and was given so much useful information. It was about a 15 minute walk to Sagrada Famiglia, but that’s also because we were taking pictures. The rooms are very spacious and there were 2 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. Everything was clean and neat. The hotel also has a rooftop patio area with a lovely view of the Sagrada Famiglia. There are lounge chairs to just relax. There is a buffet breakfast available for $9 euro, but honestly we enjoyed a little bakery (2 minute walk sand was recommended by staff) with delicious pastries, sandwiches and coffee. There are also wonderful dinner spots within 20 minute walking. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and friendly staff. They helped us so much with information and getting us cabs .

Had a great experience at this hotel, we arrived early & asked to store our luggage, the staff were very friendly & helpful & the room was ready so we were allowed to check in early. The room & bathroom were clean & tidy with good views from the window. Don't forget to check out the lovely roof top views including the Sagrada Familia. Breakfast was very good with continental choices & hot food. The only negative I found were the roadworks outside in the square which started at 7.30am & obviously the hotel have no control over those. We would happily stay again.
