Stayed in unit 124 which has a two bathrooms and faces an inner courtyard. No water view. We stayed here about 10 years ago and we agree we liked it more then but I believe it’s because of the prior unit we stayed in. But overall I think a better hotel than many you’d find in Venice. Note that The place is very hard to find and recommend going to one of the many sister hotels and they will walk you over. The front door to here is on a rather dingy street with construction. It has a kodiak sign and ground mosaic that should be helpful to find. Very Nice bathrooms especially for European standards. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable and pillows are flat. Couch and headboard are all tired and worn and need a refresh. The ironing board and washer are very useful

The common areas are nice. The rooms we had were small and needed updating. Ours had a hole in the wall above the bed and another that had been patched with plaster and left exposed. The bath was clean and well maintained. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat foam. The location was just off the square.
