The hotel entertainment in charge of LUCIA, one of the entertainers, was very good for both children and adults. Bravo.

5 days in this lovely hotel, all-inclusive, beautiful pool, without the hassle of nervous towels, good location, 300 meters from a beautiful sandy beach, not really in an entertainment area, so relatively quiet, bus stop right outside the door.

Defo not a 4 star hotel but overall had a pleasant stay and would return. Arrived approx 6pm after a slight delay. First impressions were wow but was soon dissapointed! Reception staff were not welcoming, gave no info about the hotel, meal times, pool times, what was near by, was passport, pay your fees, arm out for all inclusive band then on your way, very dissapointed with that on arrival. Rooms are dated but clean. Bed was comfortable and noiae levels were fine. The balcony was small and shaded. Air conditioning did not work. Bathroom door did not close and sink was blocked. (Room 462) Did report to reception but again not helpful. Again disappointed with this. The houskeeping staff were great, they were there daily, very professional and were more welcoming than the reception staff. Room does have a free safe, hairdryer, fridge, tv, kettle and selection of coffee tea sugar and powdered milk, if you want more there is a sign to say ask at reception and choose items for a fee, even if all inclusive. Complimentary welcome water, Pepsi and Fanta in the fridge alongside 2 refillable water bottles. Water is available during meals and out the self service machine after 10am. We had to Google mealtimes/snacks etc as this information was not given upon arrival at reception. No information was give so we did tend to Google a lot. The dinning area was large, clean and tidy. We were welcomed at every meal by a memeber of staff. Staff were always smartly dressed with clean ironed uniforms. Chefs worked really hard to keep the food warm and flowing. Pool access opens at 9am and closes at 7pm. We were always able to get a bed even throughout the morning or late in the afternoon. There is a shaded area with tables and chairs if lounging is not for you. Pool area is clean and observed by 2 life guards. Snack bar and all inclusive drinks are located by the pool. Snacks are good and drinks are a self service machine, very good. Staff all very friendly. We weren't informed by reception about towel hire or hire of the curtain bed loungers so can not comment on this. Can not comment on the bar area/ night entertainment as we didnt stay for that, we were out and about in the area. There is also wee shop next to the hotel and 5 mins walk to the beach and buses stop outside the hotel.. Overall we had a good stay, despite reception and the lack of air con, we spent the week in a clean environment, were well fed and watered.
