The hotel is very well located with respect to the city center, 10 minutes walking from the Market Square, St. Mary's Basilica, etc., and 5 minutes from Planty Park. Regarding the staff, the hotel has very young workers who are sometimes lacking in experience, though not in professionalism. Regarding breakfast, it is extensive and varied with a good coffee machine. Finally, regarding the rooms, there are pros and cons. On one hand, the rooms on floors 1 and 5 are small but cozy and have everything necessary (air conditioning, shampoo, shower gel, body cream, and hair conditioner). Tea and coffee maker with some free units. There are metal glasses and a bottle to fill with water from the dispensers that each floor has. But regarding the ground floor, room 003 is a disaster. It was occupied by my son and his wife and they have the bar right next door, so the noise at night is unbearable until, more or less at midnight, they close it. At no time, despite our complaints, were they able to change our room (it was for 4 nights), nor did they have the courtesy (hence the lack of experience of the young staff) to invite the bar users to lower the volume of their voices and laughter, which were amplified by alcohol.

Very modern hotel, friendly staff and a perfect location. Within walking distance of the old town center (5 minutes). Good beds, very clean and a very extensive breakfast. A recommendation if you are visiting Krakow. With the exception of Auschwitz, we did everything on foot.

Hotel in a great location just minutes from top corner of square. Tram stop a few mins away and train station not far. Room clean and spacious as had a triple, did back onto railway but didnt bother us. Breakfast was lovely plus the coffee corner at bar available till 12 included. Staff helpful and friendly, would not hesitate to return.
