I can't begin to say how much I was impressed with the Mayflower, easy check-in, rooms absolutely spotless, never went to the rooftop pool as spent most of the time cycling around the Northern region so can't really comment on that, breakfast was perfect, a big thank you to the cleaning staff and also James on the front desk for his no-nonsense approach on getting things done and lastly (but by no means least) to the Lovely Isabella on breakfast who I chatted with on the last day, thank you!

The hotel staff are professional. Rooms are clean and well kept. Particularly appreciated the wellness room where I received a very relaxing facial. Also had a foot, head and shoulder massage. This is a must and highly recommended treat! On the whole, the hotel stay was stress free and enjoyable.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and had a very enjoyable stay overall. Check-in was easy and straightforward, although we were unable to access our room until 3pm. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The view wasn’t anything special as it overlooked the flats opposite, but we weren’t expecting a sea view, so this wasn’t an issue for us. Breakfast was decent, although not the best we’ve experienced. There was a good selection available each morning, including pastries, breads, fruit, and cooked breakfast options. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the rooftop pool. The views of the sea were absolutely stunning and made it a wonderful place to relax. There were plenty of sun loungers available, and we never had any trouble finding one, even when arriving at the pool later in the day. A special mention goes to the lady who cleaned our room (room 420). She was incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job every day, which was greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the busy area of St Paul’s Bay, where you’ll find plenty of lovely restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and souvenir stores. Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely return when we next visit. We would happily recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.
