A very nice hotel. Conveniently located near good restaurants and bars, if you do a bit of research. The staff were great, particularly Ahammed. Lovely fella. The pool and bar on the roof were really nice, I enjoyed a couple of beers and a book each day. Comfy rooms, massive bed…seriously huge. Would recommend

We had a great experience. He was very friendly, professional, and did his job very well. Whenever we had any questions, he was always happy to help and explained everything clearly. His communication was excellent, and he made the whole process easy and pleasant. We really appreciate his support.

Location good if you want to go to the beach and visit the city,restaurants and shops fewer in this area compared to Sagrada area, gotic quarter,or other popular areas. The neighbourhood is quieter then touristic areas. We appreciated we were upgraded from junior suite to deluxe junior suite and probably given a room with the best views of the city on the 10th floor. We could see the beach, Monjtuic castle, Sagrada familia, Tibidabo...very very nice. We also appreciated the welcome gift. The negative part of staying in this room was that we had afternoon sun till sunset and it was very hot. The air con was not strong enough. You could also hear repeatedly cracs on the exterior part of the building because of the heat,which was kind of annoying. Cleaning service was not the best. Pillow sheets were not changed daily, only bed sheets. Dust was never cleaned in 7 days. Every day cleaning was made at 16:00 o'clock , which was kind of weird and also frustrating. Elevators are not good at all. They are slow and moving chaotic. Being on the 10th floor, we had to wait pretty long time to catch one( even if there were three elevators). Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The negative part is that there aren't tables for everyone, so if you get there after 9 o'clock you may have to wait for a table. 4/5 stars for the upgraded room, otherwise it would receive 3/5 stars.
