I was expecting more from this hotel, the location is in a residential area, walking distance to the Marina. Rooms were ok, storage in our room was very tight and we had to cram stuff into a narrow wardrobe. Bathrobes and slippers provided I like that they are using bigger bottle of shampoo etc but they still have stuff in paper wallets etc, toothbrushes, showercaps etc. If you are light sleeper this hotel won't be for you as you can hear the road noise. Our room was opposite the house keeping store room, on the first day we were woken by the cleaners going in and out of there. I advised reception and it seems they have a word as the next day there was a towel wedged in the door frame. they started earlier but often our room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon Breakfast was good, but they would benefits from an egg station, i stayed at a Barcelo recently and they had one in a similar size hotel. Guests expect it in a hotel of this rating The roof top pool area can get very busy, no shade as its too high up. The staff in the bar and roof top were very personable but not enough of them so you were often waiting for a drink or towels on the roof top. Reception was pretty functional, when asked on check out if I had a nice stay I shrugged and said it was ok, they didn't ask me any other questions!
