The facilities are just okay, but the location in Tossa is perfect. What I didn't like at all is that it is focused on satisfying foreigners and they are allowed everything without any limits even though there are rules, such as: you cannot eat at the pool, yet they do, eating and drinking alcohol in front of minors. You cannot reserve the lounge chairs, yet they go down earlier with their towel to save the spot, and so on. For being a chain like GHT, it is not very well controlled.

Just back from 4 nights here seriously needs a lot of updating everything is so old & broken it’s a pity because it’s a nice location near nice bars, supermarket, pharmacy etc & could have a lot going for it with a bit of renovation we’ve stayed in same price apartments of much higher standard & in this day & age it really isn’t good enough & I’m being generous so sorry I’ve never had to give a bad review & I have read reviews before going & the management replies with we are taking your feedback into consideration but seriously stop considering & start acting
