Wrote a long review and then the app glitched and I lost 10 minutes worth on detail so will make this brief lovely clean friendly hotel only downside a 3rd hard sofa bed that repeatedly collapsed so couldn’t get a good nights sleep for 3 nights and no other room available . Staff friendly, made us lunch boxes the day we had a 5:45 pick up for austwich trip changed the day before from 9am! Or we would have missed breakfast , a relaxed hotel atmosphere and rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast continental , good selection overall. ,perfect location 5 minutes from the town square loved the city , the people , did some tourist visit but only a short 3 night break so will be back good value overall x

a short taxi ride or a 20minutes stroll takes you to the river and castle ,the hotel is finished to a high standard the staff are first class ,roooms cleaned daily breakfast is served in the basement and has a wide choice only negetive is the small size of the shower a third party serves meals in the evening in the courtyard italian only went once left after no one came to take orders

Great hotel for a city break. Don't expect luxury. Breakfast extensive, we did not expect that at this price category. Centrally located a short distance from the core of downtown. We were lucky that the tram was out!
