What a disappointment... I even call it a scam. To call this a 4 star Hotel is crazy. The staff was ok and the rooms were clean. Good full size shower. OK... breakfast buffet was mediocre at best...to much of sweet cookies but not so much real breakfast. That was after it took me some time to find the breakfast room behind closed door in the basement...not very welcoming. Pool... area!!! It costs 20 euros to enter the pool area. I didn't even bother to check what playing Padel costs. Nevertheless the hotel shows pictures of the facilities giving the impression this is part of the hotel. There is no bar or lounge where guest can sit down an have a drink after a long day... there was some sort of a bar in the basement but it was closed. The parking lot was messy. .the elevators.... well staying on fourth floor... I took stairs they were so slow. We only decided to stay here because the location was convenient... The staff at the pool cafeteria were nice and helpful

The hotel is terrible. Broken lifts, no hot water, air conditioning that doesn't work. Have to pay for the pool would not recommend it.
