Fantastic holiday hotel and staff outstanding room storage facilities a little small food and drinks good the only problem we had was surrounding the hotel was a lot of building work which should be done by now we would certainly go back

Most bar staff rude ,reception are rude ,left our suitcases in holding room on last day and someone broke both handles of one of our cases, most probably woman on reception, some staff were excellent, good location, wouldn't go back though

Absolutely Honest Review. Terrible!!!! Here are the moment with 3 other friends. We paid £300 for 3 night stay. We knew it wouldn't be the best but you expect the bare minimum!. Well if you are staying here. Expect less than minimum. We arrived at 11 am. The room wasn't ready until at least 2pm. We sat near reception for some of this time after getting lunch. The lady on reception let us sit there and failed to let us know the room was ready after us asking several times if the room was ready. Four of us are sharing a small room. So space is tight for 4 women of a certain age. This is not the problem. The air con blows out warm air. As you can imagine, 4 women in a tight space trying to get dressed with less than efficient air con is inhumane. We have moved rooms and it is the same. Despite several complaints. Staff couldn't help you any less. I have asked for at least a fan but they have said they are unable to assist with this or cant even help source a fan from an outside company. The reception staff are without being disrespectful "useless". The fridge in the room also didn't work, which they exchanged for another broken dirty fridge. This is the point where we changed rooms. The air con is the same throughout the hotel. They obviously have an issue and refuse to acknowledge it!!!!! A gentleman came to ask us how our stay is going this morning. After chewing his ear off for for ten minutes. We will see if he can help us at all. We only have another two days and would like a cool room to at least be able to get dress in the morning and night. We will see????? Not much hope 😔. When you go to reception, there seems to be a few people complaining about one thing or another at the same time. Book this hotel knowing that you are not going to have a cool room and reception staff do not communicate with you very well. We are yet to see positives with the hotel and I would honestly write them on here if there was any.
