Great stay just me and my daughter. Location was amazing. Short stroll to beach and even closer to the main strip. Even though the main strip was close we never heard it on a night. Room was great 2 big beds. Very clean and even had a mini fridge. Air con worked well. Meals were fine always something to eat. My daughter particularly enjoyed the fresh pancakes for breakfast. The self serve for beer and soft drinks was fab as daughter could just go fill up when she wanted. We took our Stanley cups so don’t have to making too many trips. The only downside would be the queuing for pool on a morning but being high season it’s excepted to get busy. We always managed to get a lounger though. Entertainment was what you would expect for this standard of hotel. Supermarket over the road for any little bits you need. Didn’t really have anything to do with staff except for check in which was good service and staff ordering us a taxi to port Aventura and waiters in restaurant , never any issues. We’ve already booked to go back next year.

We stayed here for 6 days and we loved it. Completely baffled by some of the negative reviews. Got a taxi from the airport which was 35 Euros and didn't take long at all. We were in the taxi about 15 mins after our plane landed as well. The hotel is in a great place. Not far from the beautiful beaches and at the end of the 'strip' in a quiet area. We loved the food at the hotel - so much choice. There were chefs cooking at 'live stations' every meal time. We were too lazy to queue up for this and there was lots of other choices which suited us great. The salad bar is lovely as well. The only thing we missed with the meal times was that there was no outside seating area. Nowhere where we could go and finish our drinks after our meal which was a shame. The pool area doesn't open until 9.30am. Our room overlooked the pool area and every morning we saw many staff cleaning, mopping and tidying all around the pool area and outside bar area. We never ever queued for sun beds and always managed to get some. Often arriving back early afternoon and never struggled. The hotel does advertise that towels will be removed after 30 mins but we never saw this been actioned which I think the hotel should have done. Entertainment was standard 3 star hotel. They did a 'Mister' night last night which was absolutely hilarious - we were crying with laughter! Drinks were great and never had to queue up for a long time at the bars. Nice ice creams from the pool bar as well - didn't do the diet much good but they were lovely. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily. In fact, the whole hotel we found to be very clean. Toilets were always kept clean and that's difficult with such a big hotel. We loved the hotel and would return and recommend. Couldn't understand the negative reviews at all.

Loved the hotel, spacious rooms, comfy beds. Great location. Bad bits - no where for non-smokers to sit outside, we felt like we smoked 100 cigarettes by the time we left with a very dry sore throat. They should have a non smoking section in the evening entertainment bar area and pool area. Music and stage very loud, good entertainment but you definitely can't sleep til 11.30-midnight if you'd like to.
