great place to stay quiet and lovely roof top pool, greta for exploring the island and Gozo by Bolt

We had a fabulous time at the Luna. It’s very stylish. Great reception area and even better rooftop pool. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We had food by the pool and also in the restaurant. Very high quality and great attention to detail helping us celebrate a special birthday for a family member. Big shout out to Joseph who assisted us from the start booking multiple rooms and went above and beyond. Also to Raj in the downstairs bar. Great asset to the hotel. Both bars (pool and downstairs) ran a tight ship with quick attentive and friendly service. We’ll definitely be back !!

I informed reception within 10 minutes that I wasn't happy with my room & I asked to be moved - I was happy to upgrade. The reply was, ' the hotel is full, you booked a standard suite and that's what you have, it's not possible'. No attempt was made to look at changing my room. The next day I spoke to someone on my flight who made the same request - he was moved immediately - because he was part of a couple? I asked about cancellations over the next couple of days without success. The Jet2 rep was Zero help. Towards the end of my holiday I saw a superior suite was available through Expedia. When I enquired through their WhatsApp concierge, 'we don't have any standard suits' I reminded them I'm happy to upgrade - no reply, ignored. As for the hotel, it's fine at the front but, pass through the, 'Twighlight' area and you step back 20 years. Rooftop area was ok.
