Over rated ; 220$ per night- internet is @ 18th century speed; no soap in shower; hot cold water mixer needs a computer to set; The room otherwise is new clean and good looking

This hotel looks good on the surface but is very unkept and dirty. I complained about the 4th floor carpets being unvacuumed and full of visible surface dirt , however nothing changed for 4 days and the passages smelled badly of dust and odours. When I arrived , they told me that our room would not be cleaned for the duration of our stay, even though we were there for 3 nights and 4 days!!! But that we will receive fresh towels if we leave them on the floor in the bathroom area- well this never happened either. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with dust allergies or for guests that expect a daily room cleaning. I vitiated Pragues many times but will not return to this hotel that was booked on Love Holidays.

I’m disappointed after arriving here. The sauna and hot tub are NOT included but rather are part of the massage place. Entry is costly. I booked a room with a king and sofa but instead got rock hard doubles. There is no housekeeping, and despite being booked here for 2weeks they charge if you use up the 4 (!) coffee pods provided, and for dishwasher detergent.
