Arrived at 21.45 approx no food except cheese ham and bread in the room ?how long it had been there - did not eat any of it so went to the bar. Angela behind the bar was absolutely lovely - aways smiling knew what drinks we liked and worked very hard. I had actually emailed hotel to request 2 rooms as close as possible we were placed opposite sides of the hotel on different floors. None of us unpacked as I complained and was told that nothing could be done until morning although an hour after we arrived another room very close to ours was allocated to another couple. We were only there for 5 nights the hotel did sort our rooms the next lunchtime so we all then unpacked. The pools were lovely and clean and the heated pool that was partially in and partially out was a real treat. Food was very nice in the restaurant although NO ICE CREAM anywhere at anytime. There were lollies in the restaurant but nothing for children or adults lol once restaurant was closed. The BBQ night was a disappointment to me as a pig roast was cooked and cut up for guests but was cooked at lunchtime and taken off the BBQ. and only sausage like grilled items besides were put out. Coffee cups very small and why does coffee in most places have to be lukecwarm from the machines. I would visit this hotel again food overall very good with a large selection for every taste.

Please don’t let the reviews of this hotel put you off! We were actually considering cancelling at the last minute after reading some of the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hotel was really clean, our room was immaculate, and it was cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels. The food was really nice, with a varied choice at both lunch and dinner, so there was always something different to choose from. The cutlery and dinner plates were always spotless and clean, which we really appreciated. The snack bar also had different options each day and was always spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The amenities were great. The heated pool was really good, although the pool with the slide was very cold! Our baby absolutely loved the soft play. It was lovely to have somewhere safe where he could sit and play with toys and practise crawling. The beach was literally right outside the hotel, which was fantastic, and we really enjoyed being able to go in the sea even in September. The hotel is also in a really good area. It was nice and quiet, but still close enough to Zadar city centre. It was only around a 10-minute drive into Zadar, or, as we preferred, you could take the water taxi. The water taxi was around a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, and the boat journey itself was only about 10 minutes. It dropped us off right outside the Sea Organ, which was such a lovely and convenient way to get into the city. We also never heard any noise from the corridors or outside, despite our room being just above the hotel entrance, which was a real bonus. 5/5 stars from us! ⭐️ A lovely first holiday for our little boy ☺️
