The welcome was barely satisfactory. The parking, advertised as included, is not even located at the hotel. Even worse, the reception staff advised us not to use it, explaining that they had recently experienced a problem with it. In the bathroom, there was only one tiny packet of soap provided for two people (see photo). The breakfast buffet was extremely limited, with very little choice (see photo). In addition, the dishes and cutlery were simply dirty (see photo). Although it was around 34°C (93°F) outside, the air conditioning did not work. We reported the problem to the reception. When we returned later that day, the issue had still not been resolved. We were then offered another room, but the electricity was not working there. We were eventually moved to a third room, which was larger and had a fan. Unfortunately, the air conditioning still did not work there either, and the room was dirty. During this whole situation, I also witnessed a particularly shocking scene: the reception staff reprimanded the technician in front of guests in a manner that I found humiliating and completely inappropriate. The only positive aspect of our stay was that the Wi-Fi worked well. We will not return and cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances. In our opinion, it does not deserve its four-star rating in any way.
