Lovely hotel , great food , got bitten loads by mosquitoes inside hotel as well !! Location is great close to all amenities, Salou isn’t for me so many police about standing on corners etc and in the street and this is in the day time , never been to a holiday resort and seeing so many police .

This was our second visit to this hotel, we had booked a room with a pool view. On arrival the room we had been allocated was large and well equipped but was on the ground with the adults only pool which was not acceptable as my wife can't sleep on the ground floor. I went to reception who were very understanding and we were allocated an alternative room on a higher floor. The amenities at the hotel are very good and the food is excellent, however the best thing about the hotel are the staff. They are all very friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. The are always 2 different acts on of an evening, one in the main bar and another in the Gregal bar which was by the pool. They were always very good but you had a choice each evening for the entertainment. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Stayed 1 week, half board, room 542. Exceptional hotel. Just read other 5 star reviews and ignore ones that, for example, whinge about the food ('worst buffet' - really?),sunbeds?(Get a life!) Everything was perfect with their best asset being their staff - really friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere in public areas. Nice touches like being shown to a table in dining room - prevents hordes wandering about looking for their 'perect' table. Free water when dining, and free water points in bars and at pool areas. Entertainment team great fun and did a great job( as did bar staff and cleaning staff.) Great wifi throughout. Smart TV has BBC 1, BBC3, ITV. I cannot fault this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.
