Horrible noisy 2nd floor rooms All I have heard is complaints about noise but management useless and don’t care Sounds like a refurb is going on on 3rd floor every night to about 1am Dangerous cracked tiles around pool areas Staff don’t care

Superb hotel. Great location, near to airport but not on flight path. Walking distance into Salou but far enough away from noise. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful food and drink (would recommend all inclusive). Quiet rooms so you get a good night’s sleep. 2 bars to choose from of an evening, one lively, one chilled. A minor point - not enough sunbeds, I wish staff would take away towels!

We visited in May 2026 for 5 nights and we enjoyed it so much that we are planning to return in 2027 for 7 nights. Location: perfect with a 7 year old, walking distance to beach/shops/restaurants and bars etc. Felt very safe! Atmosphere: lovely atmosphere, staff very friendly and helpful. No noise issues as previously seen in other reviews. Rooms: room cleaned daily and spotless. Toiletries provided and plenty of towels too. Had a room with a balcony and pool view which was really pleasant. Value: Great value for money. We were all inclusive and plenty of choices at all meal times especially with a child who is a fussy eater (snack bar in particular with burgers, pizza, hot dogs, chicken nuggets and fries). Pools: clean and never had a massive issue with sun loungers although I did hear a few people complaining about this. I would highly recommend staying here, it ticked every box for us.
