For our second stay at this hotel, everything went very well. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very well located, and the front desk staff is always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist us with the slightest question. We have already booked our next stay for Carnival and look forward to returning!

The hotel has a super location with most things within a 5-15 minute walk, so that's a big plus. The spa (which you have to pay extra for) has fantastic service and good treatments. And there the positive things I have to say about this hotel stop, unfortunately. Breakfast is one of the worst things I have experienced. Most of it is empty, the breakfast hosts start clearing up breakfast/not refilling 15-30 minutes before breakfast is finished. At one point, the only available toppings were honey, jam, or Nutella. The room we had (we had booked a suite for a staggering sum), was large, but in terrible condition. The whole bathroom was full of mold, so for example the bathtub could not be used. There were spots on the carpet, walls, bloodstains on the sheets and in the bed. The Chromecast advertised does not work, and several amenities the room should have had were unavailable. The reason I choose to leave a bad review is that the hotel has not wanted to find a solution either while we were there or afterwards. I informed them on the first day that the room was in terrible condition, and then I was told that we could be downgraded to another room, but still had to pay full price. So no form of compensation. I would get away from this hotel at any price, as the hygiene in the common areas, breakfast, rooms etc. is close to what I would call dangerous. It should also be mentioned that the restaurant at the hotel (we did not use this one, so I cannot say if the food was good or not) was closed 2 out of 5 evenings due to private events, so the "rooftop" is often rented out to others for example weddings etc.
