We have just returned from a fabulous 4 night stay at The Grand Ascot Hotel. It is a 4 star modern hotel ideally situated within a 10 minute walk of the old town square. The room we stayed in (408) was large , bright, quiet and spotlessly clean. It also had the added bonus of a balcony. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with plenty of storage and a magnifying mirror. The breakfast is a self serve affair of very high quality with plenty of choice every day. There is also an on site restaurant and bar but we didn’t use the restaurant during our stay . The hotel provide water dispensers on each floor. Special thanks go to Gabriela who organised our trips to the Salt Mine & Auschwitz prior to our arrival and was there for us if we needed any assistance during our stay.

Clean comfortable hotel only 5 minute walk from Market Square. Buffet style breakfast and a bar that serves polish dishes. There are water dispensers for still and sparkling water on each floor. Midday checkout and luggage storage. Only gripe - NO ENGLISH TV, CNN, BBC, NAT GEO etc. surprising considering a lot of guests are British. There is airplay but it is difficult to get to work properly and Chromecast failed miserably.

Visiting Krakow and need a hotel?? Look no further! Location.... perfect! Room.... Immaculate! Breakfast.... More than you could ever eat and so much selection.. Staff... Really helpful. We had an early start on an excursion, staff kindly put together a breakfast bag for us. Really can not fault this hotel. We have just spent 4 nights there and would gladly go back if we were ever in Krakow again.
