Nice hotel very helpful starff we realy enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this hotel. We got to the hotel before check in time with my special need child she was so tired and they give us our room without even ask i was thinking where can we go with my child and they give us our room i really ipriciate the kindness

Arrived on th 15th of June for 1 week, myself and 3 children aging 4,9,13 Rooms where clean, air con was a god send, in the week I was there, cleaners came once, made our beds without changing sheets, Location was good, close to beach and the strip, Staff were great, if you are polio them they will give back what they received, food was exceptional for 2 star hotel, I have 3 fussy eaters, and their was always something they could eat, entertainment was next to none, words cant describe how great they are and how they actually make the holiday, I will say life guards are a bit and miss, they allowed locals play with the balls in the pool, but refused the actual residence off the hotel to use balls, One girl in particular, But overall, yes!! This is a great holiday for location, entertainment, and food, You get what you pay for

On arrival we were disappointed as we had booked 3x1 bedroom apartments and they were no where near finished their refurb so we were told that they were putting us in 3 studios, I think I was more angry with TUI as I had not had any communication with them regarding this. Thankfully Romi at the front desk of the Inter2 went out her way to accommodate us and got us 3 excellent studios with massive terraces and upgraded us to half board, she was fabulous and worth her weight in gold x
