On arrival we we're told that our rooms won't be ready until 2pm this was at 9.45 am which we found odd feeling absolutely tired from travelling eventually one of the two rooms at 2pm was ready but the other room to which my daughter and boyfriend booked wasn't ready and on numerous visits to reception they experienced a female member of staff being very abrupt I spoke to a member of staff raising the complaint it was at about 4.45 pm my daughter and her partner finally got into their room the rooms we're basic,beds we're uncomfortable and the bathroom door itself dosnt lock which we found none private we had to an extra €1.50 towards the plastic cup at the bar plus €25 deposit towards a safety deposit box as for the lifts they we're small and sometimes wouldn't work and the pool itself often would be playing ball games one incident a ball was thrown and hit a lady on her shoulder

Great hotel. Always found something to eat. Friendly staff, clean, well maintained. Room was a good size with everything you need. Entertainment was great. Hotel right near the strip and 10.minutes away from the beach. Didn't have any problems with noise of a night. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is close to the strip, and 10 minutes away from some lovely beaches. The rooms are basic, but clean, and the cleaners are very friendly. The food is good, but the selection is quite small. The drinks are great though. The staff really make the hotel, they're friendly and can't do enough for you. The entertainment goes on from morning to night, there's lots of bingo, and always something musical in the evening. Overall, this isn't a fancy holiday, but you get what you pay for, and won't be disappointed.
