Great hotel just the room was a bit disappointing needs an upgrade wasn’t what it looked like when we booked it but in saying that it is a dog friendly hotel so the room kind of is set up well for a dog and it wasn’t necessarily close to the main attractions only camp nou but that didn’t matter with the great transport If you want to go to the beach this hotel is to far away But overall the lobby and restaurant/ bar was unreal decorated, modern and massive Pool was a bit small but did the job on roof never tried the spa looks better though Room cleaned every day There was quite a bit of noise from people returning to the hotel at night but none of the dogs were load

Despite the fact that we spent most of our time outside the hotel and only returned to our room to sleep for a few hours, we were accused of smoking marijuana in the room and of triggering the fire alarm simply because we were two young guests. The alleged fire alarm incidents supposedly occurred at times when we were not even in the hotel. When we pointed this out to the reception staff, we were told that the information had come from the person who cleaned our room. However, our room was never cleaned during our stay, as we were usually asleep when housekeeping came by after our late nights out. I felt completely misled and unfairly treated by the way this situation was handled.
